An established, fast-growing law firm is seeking a 2nd–6th year Corporate Associate to join its dynamic Corporate Practice in Los Angeles. About the Role
In this position, you will work closely with partners and senior attorneys on a broad range of corporate matters, including:

M&A transactions and private equity deals

Public and private securities work

Venture capital financings and emerging company representation

Corporate governance, formation, and general corporate maintenance

Licensing, corporate finance, and strategic commercial transactions
The role provides direct client contact, meaningful responsibility, and the ability to grow within a practice known for its strategic advisory approach and business-minded legal solutions.

What We’re Looking For
