Personable, fun-loving, and always eager to help! I embarked on my recruitment journey a decade ago, in 2013. Specialising in niche markets within digital marketing and e-commerce, what initially felt like learning a new language has transformed into a sector where both my interest and knowledge continually flourish. The ever-evolving nature of eCommerce strategies and businesses, coupled with advancements in technology, AI, and shifts in customer behaviour, keeps me on my toes. It’s precisely this dynamism that makes the digital landscape so thrilling.

I take pleasure in assembling the puzzle pieces, consulting with my client base, and assisting in determining their needs. Equally gratifying is collaborating with candidates to understand their career trajectory and brainstorming ideas for their professional journey.

I consider myself fortunate and grateful to have cultivated an impressive retail client base across the UK, partnering with some of the most beloved brands, including Boots, The Body Shop, Sweaty Betty and many more.

Outside of work, you’ll find me either travelling or enjoying a meal out—I never tire of either pursuit!

Freddie Stroud

Freddie embarked on his career in events management, initially with a leading hair-care brand, before seamlessly transitioning into the realm of recruitment. In this dynamic field, he honed his specialisation in the professional interim space. Today, Freddie directs his focus towards e-commerce, digital marketing and interior design recruitment, collaborating with a diverse range of clients across the UK. His niche lies in partnering with fast-growing SMEs in London, where he excels in accessing specialized talent for challenging requirements.

Beyond the professional arena, Freddie dedicates most of his time to his family, caring for his young son & daughter. Outside these responsibilities, you’ll find him practising Muay-Thai in Leeds. When he’s not taking swings at the punching bags, he enjoys unwinding by hitting a few balls around the driving range.

Dedicated, hardworking, diligent, and trustworthy, Max has excelled as a consultant for the last 5 years and is now taking the helm of our Professional Service practice at The People Of. As the Head of the Professional Services practice, Max provides strategic guidance to Associates, Partners, and In-House Counsel across the United States.

Max specializes in Litigation and Tax Law, catering to a diverse clientele that spans globally renowned law firms, regional practices, and boutique firms. In the realm of Tax, his expertise extends to collaborations with Consulting and Public Accounting firms.

At the core of Max’s approach is a commitment to delivering tailored recruitment services that cultivate enduring relationships between our clients and candidates. Driven by honesty, transparency, diligence, and persistence, Max aspires for excellence. Max’s journey into recruitment, especially in the legal sector, was not meticulously planned. Opting to work directly after leaving school, he entered recruitment in 2018 after a conversation with a family friend. Transitioning into the legal sector a year later, Max, alongside his success, has maintained a fervent passion for the world of law and the corporate realm.

Beyond recruitment, Max enjoys running, and exercise and loves his rugby, as well as spending quality time with his family.
