A highly regarded national real estate finance practice is seeking an ambitious associate to join its Atlanta office. This is an exceptional opportunity for an attorney with 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate or real estate finance to step into a sophisticated, fast-moving practice with deep industry reach.
In this role, you will work closely with a collaborative team that represents lenders, servicers, and investors across the full spectrum of commercial real estate transactions. The group is widely recognized for its strength in capital markets and CMBS work, making it an ideal environment for an attorney eager to sharpen technical skills and gain exposure to complex, market-shaping matters. Experience with commercial mortgage-backed securities is highly valued but not required for consideration.
You’ll handle a variety of financing structures, navigate challenging deal dynamics, and contribute directly to matters that have national visibility.
