Intellectual Property Litigation Associate
A prestigious law firm is seeking a 4th to 5th year Associate to join its Intellectual Property Litigation team in New York City. Key Responsibilities:
- Litigate complex IP and patent disputes from inception to trial
- Collaborate on strategy development for high-profile cases
- Draft motions, briefs, and other key litigation documents
- Work closely with clients across a variety of industries, including technology, pharmaceuticals, and engineering
Ideal Candidate:
- 4th to 5th year associate with significant experience in intellectual property litigation
- Strong academic background from a top law school
- Technical degree in engineering or science (preferred but not required)
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to manage a heavy caseload and work independently, while also being a team player
