 - 4-5 years of experience in M&A/Private Equity transactions at a law firm.
 - Expertise in drafting and negotiating transaction agreements.
 - Strong academic credentials and analytical skills.
 - Active bar membership in the state of the office where you will be based.

Compensation & Benefits
In California, the salary range for this position is $310,000 to $390,000, with final compensation determined by factors such as experience and expertise. Other benefits include:
