Requirements:
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
- 3+ years of experience in patent litigation, including district court and/or International Trade Commission (ITC) matters.
- Preferred technology background in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
- Professionalism in client interactions.
- Admission to practice law in California.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle various aspects of patent litigation, including preparation, discovery, and motions practice.
- Conduct Markman hearings, technical analysis of products and patents, and collaborate with experts.
- Defend and conduct depositions.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation-related documents.
- Collaborate with a talented team to deliver exceptional service to clients.
