Requirements:

JD earned between 2018 and 2020.

Prior experience or strong interest in state and federal litigation.

Exposure to areas such as energy, fiduciary disputes, securities, employment, privacy, or antitrust litigation.

Excellent research, drafting, and analytical skills.

Clerkship experience (district or appellate) is a plus but not required.

Strong academic credentials and admitted (or eligible) to practice in Texas.
