Overview:
A top-tier international law firm is seeking a midlevel associate with 3–5 years of experience in commercial litigation to join its Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both state and federal court matters, strong motion and discovery skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and respond to substantive pleadings and motions

• Manage discovery processes, including e-discovery and document review

• Conduct legal research and analysis independently

• Assist with case strategy, hearings, and client communications

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on litigation matters

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial litigation

• Admitted to or eligible for the Texas Bar

• JD from a top-tier law school

• Experience with Texas state and federal courts

• Clerkship or journal experience preferred

• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
