Requirements:

1 to 2 years of experience in corporate transactions, ideally with a focus on M&A.

JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.

Admission to the Idaho Bar, or willingness to become admitted.

Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills.

Experience with corporate restructuring, cross-border transactions, or private equity is a plus.

A leading AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a junior associate to join its Corporate Group in Boise, focusing on M&A and related transactions. The role provides the opportunity to work on a broad array of deals, including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, recapitalizations, and venture capital investments. This is a great platform for early-career associates to gain hands-on deal experience in a highly collaborative and nationally recognized practice.
Key Responsibilities:

Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, investor rights agreements, and other transactional documents.

Support due diligence and manage closing processes.

Advise clients on corporate structuring, compliance, and governance matters.

Assist with cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions.

Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients across industries.
