Job Description:

A prestigious global law firm is seeking junior, mid-level, and senior litigation associates to join its Chicago office. This is an excellent opportunity for litigators with 1–6 years of experience to work on sophisticated and high-stakes matters in a supportive and dynamic team environment.

Associates will gain hands-on experience in a broad range of complex commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, fraud, fiduciary duty claims, non-compete enforcement, merger-related litigation, and restructuring disputes. Candidates should have experience with discovery, brief writing, and pre-trial strategy. Interest or experience in cybersecurity and data privacy matters is a strong plus.

Qualifications:

  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

  • 1–6 years of litigation experience at a top-tier law firm.

  • Strong writing and research skills; experience drafting motions, briefs, and discovery documents.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

  • Interest in or exposure to cybersecurity and data privacy law is a plus.

  • Must be admitted to the Illinois Bar or eligible for prompt admission.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary range: $235,000 – $420,000, based on class year and experience.
