Requirements:
- 
2–5 years of experience in patent and trademark prosecution and IP transactional work
 - 
Ability to manage day-to-day prosecution dockets and file with the USPTO
 - 
Skilled in trademark clearance searches and IP opinion drafting
 - 
Experience with drafting and negotiating software and IP-related agreements is a plus
 - 
Exposure to IP due diligence in corporate transactions is beneficial
 - 
USPTO registration or eligibility for the patent bar strongly preferred
 - 
Excellent academic credentials, practical judgment, and communication skills required
 - 
Must be admitted to practice in Florida

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate directly with clients and collaborate across legal teams
