Locations: Austin preferred (other U.S. offices considered)
Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary Range: $235,000 – $365,000

A top-tier U.S. law firm is seeking two associates with 2–5 years of experience to join its nationally recognized commercial litigation team, with a focus on high-value construction disputes. Ideal candidates will have experience working on complex commercial matters, preferably involving large-scale infrastructure or real estate projects. Associates will gain hands-on responsibility from day one, participating in client strategy, advocacy, and all phases of dispute resolution.

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years’ commercial litigation experience at a major law firm

• Prior exposure to construction litigation preferred

• Strong academic background

• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills

• Admission to a U.S. bar (local admission or eligibility to waive in/sit for exam required)

• Foreign language skills a plus
