A highly regarded litigation team is seeking a talented associate with 1 to 5 years of experience handling class actions, commercial disputes, and financial restructuring litigation. The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing all phases of complex commercial litigation, including:

• Drafting and responding to complaints

• Handling discovery and depositions

• Motion practice and pretrial strategy

• Trial preparation and appellate briefing

Candidates should have strong legal research and writing skills, excellent academic credentials, and experience at a comparable law firm.

This litigation group represents sophisticated global clients in high-stakes disputes across sectors. The team is known for its strategic litigation approach, commercial acumen, and commitment to client success—whether resolving matters through negotiation or litigation.

Qualifications:

• 1–5 years of litigation experience, including class actions and commercial matters

• Familiarity with financial restructuring litigation is a plus

• Stellar academic credentials

• Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills

• Prior experience at a peer law firm strongly preferred

• Licensed or eligible to practice law in Texas
