A well-regarded litigation team is seeking a mid-level associate with 3 to 6 years of insurance litigation experience to join its Los Angeles office. This is a strong opportunity to work in a high-performing and collaborative practice representing clients across a wide spectrum of insurance matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct depositions, attend hearings, and argue motions in court

• Analyze complex insurance coverage issues and prepare written coverage opinions

• Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, and motions related to third-party property and general liability claims

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients on litigation strategy

Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of insurance litigation experience

• Experience with coverage analysis and opinion writing

• Strong research and persuasive writing skills

• Excellent academic credentials

• Must be admitted to the California Bar
