Overview:

A nationally recognized law firm with a strong IP litigation platform is seeking a mid-level associate to join its intellectual property litigation practice. This is an opportunity to work on complex, high-stakes matters alongside a collegial and ambitious team with deep subject matter experience and a nationwide presence.

Ideal Background:

  • 4+ years of intellectual property litigation experience

  • Federal Circuit experience preferred

  • Prior clerkship or top-tier law firm background

  • Excellent legal writing, analytical, and communication skills

  • JD from a top-tier law school; strong academic credentials

  • Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and contribute to all stages of IP litigation

  • Navigate complex scientific or technical issues efficiently

  • Collaborate across offices with a focus on client strategy and case outcomes

  • Provide substantive input on discovery, briefing, depositions, and trial preparation
