A highly regarded national law firm is seeking an experienced associate to join its Intellectual Property team in Cleveland. The successful candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in trademark and copyright matters, including litigation, prosecution, clearance, enforcement, and licensing. Exposure to global client work in the fashion, food & beverage, or tech industries is preferred.

Qualifications:

  • JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials

  • Admitted to practice in Ohio

  • Excellent writing, research, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage complex, fast-paced matters across jurisdictions

  • Team-oriented with sound business judgment
