A leading global law firm with a premier life sciences practice is seeking a mid-level associate with 4–7 years of transactional experience to join its Chicago, Houston, Dallas, or other U.S. offices. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a strong background in pharmaceutical and biotech collaborations and licensing agreements.
Position Overview:
The successful candidate will draft and negotiate complex pharma and biotech collaboration and licensing deals, as well as other operational agreements for life sciences companies. The role requires managing client relationships, collaborating across diverse teams, and contributing to high-profile transactions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

4–7 years of relevant transactional experience in life sciences

Experience drafting and negotiating pharma/biotech collaboration and licensing agreements

Strong academic credentials and large law firm training

Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills

Client-facing experience and ability to manage client relationships

Admission to the relevant state Bar required
