Salary Range: $225,000 – $310,000+

Key Responsibilities

• Provide employment law advice and representation to clients

• Handle litigation matters, focusing on non-compete and trade secret disputes

• Assist in class action employment litigation (preferred)

• Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements

• Collaborate closely with clients and colleagues across multiple offices

Candidate Requirements

• 3–4 years of employment law experience, including litigation and counseling

• Preferred experience in non-compete/trade secret litigation

• Class action litigation experience is a plus

• Strong writing, analytical skills, and academic credentials

• Admission to practice in the jurisdiction of application

Compensation & Benefits
