A top-tier international firm is looking for a Junior to Mid-Level Fund Finance Associate to join its Boston office. The Role

You’ll work on complex fund finance matters, representing major financial institutions in both single-lender and syndicated transactions. From day one, you’ll get direct client exposure and hands-on mentorship from leading partners in the field.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Structuring and negotiating debt finance transactions

• Representing lenders working with private equity and venture capital funds

• Reviewing diligence and limited partnership agreements

• Collaborating with a national team across multiple offices

• Managing multiple deals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Ideal Candidate

• 2–3 years of experience handling debt finance transactions

• Exposure to lender-side representation and fund structures (preferred but not required)

• Skilled in drafting and negotiating loan documentation

• Sharp communication and analytical skills

• High attention to detail, with a team-first mindset

Compensation

Salary (Boston, MA): $235,000 – $260,000
