Key Responsibilities

• Manage and draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and appeals

• Handle all stages of litigation, including trial prep and courtroom work

• Support clients in class actions and commercial disputes

• Conduct legal research and prepare strategic briefs

• Collaborate across offices and legal disciplines

Who You Are

• 1–5 years’ experience in litigation at a top law firm

• Skilled in complex commercial and/or class action litigation

• Strong research, drafting, and oral advocacy skills

• Excellent academic credentials required

• Admitted in Texas or eligible to waive in

Compensation
Base Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience (est. $225,000–$310,000)
Bonuses: Performance-based bonus program
