A leading Am Law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Associate to join its White Collar Defense & Investigations team in New York. This is a high-profile opportunity to work on matters involving DOJ, SEC, and CFTC enforcement, internal investigations, and complex cross-border disputes.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on white collar defense, internal investigations, and enforcement actions.

• Conduct legal research and analysis across securities, financial regulations, and anti-corruption laws.

• Draft memoranda, motions, pleadings, and briefs for litigation and enforcement proceedings.

• Review compliance policies, financial records, and prior investigative findings in response to regulatory requests.

• Work directly with partners and clients on high-stakes, sensitive matters.

Who You Are

• 2+ years of experience in white collar defense, investigations, or related litigation.

• Skilled in research and drafting across statutes including the Securities Act, Exchange Act, FCPA, CEA, and Bank Secrecy Act.

• Strong academic credentials and NY Bar admission required.

• Exceptional analytical, writing, and advocacy skills.

Compensation
Salary Range: $260,000 – $310,000 (DOE)
