A prestigious AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a full-time Business Litigation Associate to join its dynamic and high-performing litigation practice group in the Minneapolis office. This confidential opportunity is ideal for a mid-level associate looking to take the next step in a nationally recognized litigation practice, with the support of a top-tier team and access to significant client-facing responsibility.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing complex business litigation matters from inception through resolution.

• Drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda with strategic precision.

• Leading and coordinating discovery efforts, including depositions.

• Engaging in court hearings, arbitrations, and, where applicable, trial or appellate matters.

• Collaborating directly with clients, partners, and other key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of complex litigation experience at a law firm or in-house legal department.

• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.

• Experience with depositions, discovery, and motion practice is required.

• Federal clerkship experience is a plus.

• Admission to the Minnesota Bar (or eligibility to obtain); other bar admissions welcome.

Compensation:

• Salary range: $210,000 – $235,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
