A top-tier West Coast law firm is seeking a litigation associate with 2–3 years of experience to join its Newport Beach office. This is a hands-on role offering exposure to complex commercial litigation matters, opportunities for client contact, and clear paths for career progression.

About the Team
Work alongside a collegial team of litigation attorneys on high-stakes matters, including commercial disputes, with opportunities to manage cases, draft motions, and participate in depositions. The team is known for its mentorship culture, collaborative environment, and commitment to professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses

• Conduct research and analysis on complex commercial litigation matters

• Support depositions, hearings, and trial preparation

• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on strategic case management

Who You Are

• 2–3 years of complex litigation experience, ideally including commercial litigation

• Strong academic credentials and excellent research, writing, and analytical skills

• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus

• Member of or eligible for the California Bar

• Comfortable working in-office 3+ days per week

Compensation
Salary Range: $235,000 – $260,000
