Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Commercial Litigation Senior Associate to join its Austin office. This role focuses on complex commercial litigation within the Financial Services & Capital Markets Strategic Business Unit.

About the Role

• Lead and support all phases of complex commercial litigation, including discovery, depositions, pleadings, motions, mediation, and client communications.

• Exposure to state and federal court, administrative matters, arbitrations, and construction litigation.

• Opportunity to second-chair trials or arbitrations.

Who You Are

• 6–8 years of experience in complex commercial litigation.

• Excellent academic credentials and strong writing skills.

• Team-oriented, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset.

• Texas Bar admission required (or willing to obtain promptly).

• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
