This role is ideal for a partner-level candidate with a proven track record of production and a portable book of business ($600K+). The position offers the flexibility of fully remote work while collaborating with a high-performing team.

About the Role
The successful candidate will manage U.S. and international patent portfolios, providing strategic advice and counsel to clients across a range of industries. This is a client-facing role with significant autonomy, requiring both independent initiative and the ability to collaborate effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex U.S. and international patent portfolios

• Provide transactional IP advice and support patent-related business matters

• Mentor and collaborate with associates and other team members

• Leverage a portable book of business to expand firm revenue and practice reach

Who You Are

• Chemical Engineering degree

• 7+ years of experience in patent prosecution and transactional IP work

• Portable book of business of $600K+ with a history of production

• Excellent academic credentials and superior legal writing skills

• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and results-oriented

• Admitted and in good standing with relevant U.S. bar(s)
