A leading U.S. law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Litigation practice in New York. This practice handles white collar defense, government enforcement and investigations, and complex commercial litigation and appeals, offering exposure to sophisticated, high-stakes matters.

The Role
You will work across all phases of litigation, including:

• Depositions, discovery, and brief drafting

• Preparing interrogatories and litigation filings

• Managing client interactions and case strategy

• Supporting trial teams in complex commercial and enforcement matters

About You

• 4–6 years of litigation experience at a top law firm

• Strong academic background and excellent legal writing skills

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple matters

• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and client-service mindset

• Eligible to practice law in New York
