A leading national Real Estate practice is seeking an associate with 3–6 years of transactional experience to join their Kansas City office. The ideal candidate will have broad experience in acquisitions, dispositions, title and survey review, and real estate development. Joint venture and financing experience is preferred. Candidates with data center development experience are a plus.

Key Qualifications:

  • JD and admission to the Missouri Bar

  • Strong academic credentials and law firm experience

  • Excellent research, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage complex matters and cultivate client relationships

  • Team-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
