Litigation Associate – New York
A leading global law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate (4th–7th year) to join its New York office. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex commercial litigation, class action defense, and financial services disputes alongside a collaborative, cross-office team.
We are looking for candidates with exceptional legal skills and a drive to take ownership of significant matters while working closely with clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and draft briefs addressing sophisticated legal issues.

Prepare for and participate in motion arguments.

Draft deposition outlines and exhibits; deposition experience is a plus.

Contribute to trial preparation, including examination outlines and exhibits.

Manage discovery, document review/production, and coordinate with experts.

Work strategically with clients on case development and execution.
Qualifications:

JD with 4–7 years of litigation experience, preferably at a top law firm.

Strong academic credentials; Law Review, Journal, or Moot Court a plus.

Admission to the New York State Bar required.

Admission to the Southern/Eastern Districts of New York preferred.

Excellent research, writing, case management, and client-facing skills.
Compensation:
The expected salary range is $250,000 – $370,000, depending on experience and qualifications. A comprehensive benefits package is included.
