A leading law firm is seeking a mid-level associate with 3–6 years of law firm M&A experience to join its Finance & Transactions team in Dallas. This is an opportunity to work on complex transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance deals across a variety of industries.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with M&A transactions, including due diligence, drafting agreements, and coordinating deal logistics

Collaborate with partners and clients on complex corporate transactions

Participate in structuring deals, negotiating terms, and managing project timelines

Provide practical and strategic advice to clients throughout the transaction process
Qualifications:

3–6 years of law firm experience in M&A or corporate transactions

Strong drafting, negotiating, and analytical skills

Ability to manage multiple deal components independently while collaborating with team members

Excellent academic credentials and professional references
