An elite Am Law 100 firm is seeking a litigation associate (class years 2020–2022) to join its ERISA litigation team in Dallas. This role offers the chance to work on high-stakes ERISA class actions and fiduciary duty matters for leading companies and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Litigate ERISA class actions and related fiduciary duty claims

• Handle excessive fee litigation and other retirement plan disputes

• Draft and argue motions, take part in discovery, and support trial preparation

• Work closely with clients and senior attorneys on strategy and case management

Who You Are

• JD with 2–4 years of ERISA litigation or complex litigation experience

• Strong academic credentials and excellent writing/advocacy skills

• Prior experience with class action litigation preferred

• Texas Bar admission (or ability to waive in) required

Compensation

• Salary Range: $260,000 – $365,000 (DOE)
