Alternative Track Associate – Litigation (Legacy Liability) – U.S. Offices
We are seeking a highly qualified alternative track associate to join a litigation practice focused on legacy liability matters, with opportunities across multiple U.S. offices. The role offers exposure to complex and high-profile cases, working collaboratively with senior attorneys on a wide range of civil litigation matters, including risk management, regulatory issues, and historical liability claims.
Qualifications:
- 
Excellent academic credentials from a recognized law school
 - 
Strong research, writing, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
 - 
Membership in the relevant state bar
 
Key Responsibilities:
- 
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
 - 
Conduct legal research and analyze complex issues
 - 
Assist with all phases of litigation, from case intake through resolution
 - 
Collaborate with senior attorneys, clients, and multidisciplinary teams
 - 
Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work
 
Compensation & Benefits:
- 
For positions in select locations (e.g., NJ, NY), the base salary range is $125,000 – $140,000, subject to candidate experience and market factors
 - 
Total compensation may include additional benefits such as health insurance, 401(k) eligibility, paid time off, and parental leave
 -
