Associate - Business Litigation & Disputes

A key opportunity has emerged for West Coast Litigation candidates eager to work for one of the most innovative and fastest-growing law firms in the country.

TPOPS is proud to support the growth of this firm by seeking a mid-level associate with 5-6 years of experience in business litigation to join our client’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group in San Francisco.

Candidates should possess substantial experience with complex business litigation in both state and federal courts. This includes conducting and managing written and document discovery, researching and drafting pleadings, motions, and other court filings, conducting/defending depositions, preparing witnesses for testimony, appearing for status conferences, and arguing motions in both state and federal court.

Experience from an AM 100 law firm is required, as well as top academic credentials and good standing in the California bar.

Participation in settlement conferences and negotiations, along with experience in trial preparation, is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary Range: $295,000 – $355,000.
