They seek attorneys with 3-7 years of experience, ideally with a background in employee benefits and executive compensation matters associated with both private and public company M&A transactions, along with related tax issues. The candidate will collaborate with the public company securities practice, supporting all aspects of SEC disclosures related to executive compensation.

Candidates must be admitted to practice in Washington, DC, with direct and applicable experience in AmLaw 100 law firms.

Salary – $260,000 – $420,000
