Associate - Tax Planning/Transactions

We are excited to represent one of the country’s premier law firms specializing in Tax. TPOPS is engaged with a market leader boasting a premier national tax practice, recognized locally, statewide, and nationally across multiple practices.

This opportunity is for a 2nd to 4th year Associate to join one of the nation’s foremost transactional tax practices.

This position will be based in Houston, and we are eager to speak with tax candidates from law firms or public accounting firms with tax planning or transaction experience. An LLM is required, and candidates must be admitted to practice in the state of Texas or be in good standing to waive in.

Salary – $190,000 – $240,000
