Associate - Transactional Tax

TPOPS is actively engaged with a Top 20 AM Law Firm with a leading Tax practice in New York. This prominent full-service law firm has a distinguished and long-standing reputation. They are seeking a 2nd to 8th Year Associate to join their Transactional Tax Practice, which encompasses a broad range of corporate transactional work, including private equity M&A and financings, joint ventures, strategic alliance transactions, and restructuring for investment funds.

Candidates must have outstanding academic credentials from a top US institution and law firm experience. An LLM is preferred but not required.

Admission to the NY Bar is preferred.

Salary – $235,000 – $435,000.
