A leading national law firm is seeking a Business Litigation Associate to join its Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of business litigation experience, strong academic credentials, and excellent analytical and writing skills.

The Role

  • Handle a broad range of business litigation matters with direct client exposure

  • Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

  • Draft and analyze pleadings, motions, and discovery responses

  • Engage in case strategy, client communication, and courtroom preparation

Requirements

  • 1+ years of business litigation experience

  • Admission to the California Bar

  • Strong academic credentials

  • Exceptional writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills

Compensation
Salary range: $180,000 – $215,000, plus benefits.
