A leading national law firm is seeking a mid-level Business Litigation Associate (2–4 years PQE) to join its high-profile and collaborative Miami office. This role involves handling a wide range of high-stakes commercial litigation matters for corporate clients within a top-tier Business Litigation practice.

About the Team
Work alongside seasoned litigators known for exceptional client service and a culture focused on associate development. The team handles complex commercial disputes, providing strategic advice and aggressive representation to industry-leading clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and lead commercial litigation matters and trials

• Draft and argue motions, conduct discovery, and prepare for hearings

• Collaborate with partners and co-counsel on case strategy and client communication

• Manage case timelines and coordinate with internal teams and outside experts

• Provide legal research and analysis on complex business disputes

Who You Are

• 2–4 years of litigation experience at a well-regarded law firm

• Strong advocacy and analytical skills with excellent academic credentials

• Experience handling complex commercial disputes

• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Federal clerkship experience or current federal clerkship (2024-2025 term) is a plus

• Admission to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission
