A premier global law firm is seeking two mid-level litigation associates with 4–6 years of experience to join its New York-based commercial litigation team. This team handles sophisticated and high-stakes disputes for major corporate clients across a wide array of industries and forums.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation

• Draft pleadings, briefs, and legal memoranda with precision and clarity

• Collaborate with senior attorneys in case strategy and client management

• Participate in high-impact litigation matters from start to finish

Candidate Profile

• 4–6 years of commercial litigation experience at a top-tier firm or boutique

• Strong writing, oral advocacy, and legal analysis skills

• J.D. from a top law school, with excellent academic credentials

• Must be admitted to the New York bar

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative litigation environment
