A leading national law firm is seeking a Business Litigation Associate (2–4 years’ experience) to join its New Jersey office. The role involves a diverse trial-focused practice, with matters venued in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Florida federal and state courts. Candidates should have experience in business litigation and/or medical malpractice, and a strong interest in litigation and trial work.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• 2–4 years of litigation experience (clerkship experience preferred)

• Admission to practice in New Jersey and New York (required)

• Strong academic credentials and demonstrated legal writing ability

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Salary Range: $165,000 – $175,000
