Commercial Litigation Associate – Mid to Senior Level

Salary Range: $285,000 – $345,000 (DOE)

A leading national law firm is seeking a talented mid-to-senior level Commercial Litigation Associate with 4–6 years of experience to join its litigation team in Seattle. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing complex commercial litigation matters across federal and state courts and thrive in a high-performing, collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of experience in complex commercial litigation

• Background in disputes involving LLCs, corporate entities, class actions, contract and real estate issues, and other business matters

• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

• Experience managing discovery, document review, and depositions

• Law Review or Journal experience preferred

• Courtroom experience and Am Law 100 background are a plus

• J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials

• Admitted to practice in Washington State or eligible for admission

Ideal Candidate Attributes:

• Exceptional legal writing and oral advocacy skills

• Strong organizational and project management abilities

• Ability to independently draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement documents

• Experience in both federal and Washington state courts

• Proven ability to handle fast-paced and high-volume caseloads

• Professionalism, collaborative mindset, and team-oriented approach
