Experience: 3–5 Years PQE

A national law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate for its Dallas office. This role involves managing complex commercial litigation matters, including drafting pleadings and motions, conducting depositions, engaging in settlement negotiations, and advising clients. Experience at trial or arbitration is a plus. Associates will work closely with senior attorneys and have exposure to high-stakes financial services and capital markets disputes.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience

  • Licensed to practice in Texas

  • Strong academic credentials with excellent research, writing, and analytical skills

  • Ability to manage multiple matters independently and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment

  • Proactive, entrepreneurial, and client-focused mindset
