A leading Northeast-based law firm is seeking a Senior Associate or Counsel to join its highly regarded Real Estate practice. This confidential position is available in multiple office locations, including Boston, New York, and Connecticut (Greenwich, Hartford, or New Haven).

Position Overview:

The successful candidate will advise a diverse client base including companies, developers, franchisees, and investors on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions. A strong focus of the role will be on commercial leasing, franchise and distribution matters, and corporate real estate transactions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 5–10 years of experience in commercial real estate law

  • Substantial experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases

  • Broader experience in acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and development of commercial properties

  • Experience advising franchisees on franchise agreements, renewals, transfers, and related matters preferred

  • Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills

  • Self-starter able to manage matters with minimal supervision

  • Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction (CT, NY, or MA preferred)
