Complex Litigation Associate – 4–7 Years
Location: San Francisco or Los Angeles, CA
Experience: 4–7 Years PQE | Complex Litigation

A leading U.S. law firm is seeking a mid-level Litigation Associate to join its San Francisco or Los Angeles office. The role involves general commercial litigation, with potential exposure to intellectual property and labor & employment disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cases with increasing responsibility, including first or second chair appearances.

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.

• Conduct legal research and analysis; develop strategy and advocacy skills.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and manage junior team members.

Who You Are:

• 4+ years of complex commercial litigation experience.

• Strong research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.

• Highly organized and able to work independently.

• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.

• Member of the California Bar (or eligible for admission).

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $275,000 – $355,000 DOE
