This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned attorney to join a dynamic team handling high-stakes litigation, risk management, and large-scale infrastructure projects in one of the nation’s fastest-growing cities.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

• 10+ years of litigation experience, including extensive work in construction law
• JD required with admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• A strong track record handling matters ranging from contract administration to alternative dispute resolution and litigation
• Experience advising clients across the construction spectrum
• Florida Bar admission in good standing
• Excellent academic credentials, strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
