Job Description:
We are representing a global law firm seeking a skilled associate to join their Corporate Practice in Delaware. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 2-5 years of experience in transactional, governance, and fiduciary matters involving Delaware corporations, partnerships, and LLCs to take on significant responsibilities in mergers, acquisitions, public offerings, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Advise on corporate governance, fiduciary matters, and compliance issues.

• Handle mergers, acquisitions, public offerings, and investment fund transactions.

• Work on joint ventures, debt and equity financing transactions.

• Provide strategic advice on the formation and management of Delaware corporations, partnerships, and LLCs.

• Communicate complex matters effectively in both oral and written form.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in transactional and corporate governance matters, particularly with Delaware entities.

• Excellent academic credentials and communication skills.

• Experience in a major law firm or reputable corporate practice is preferred.

• Must be admitted to the Delaware Bar.
