Job Description:

We are working with a well-established, nationally recognized firm that is actively seeking a mid-level associate to join its busy and growing Corporate practice in Los Angeles. This role is an excellent opportunity for an associate with 3–5 years of transactional experience looking to work on high-impact corporate matters in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will have broad exposure to mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and securities law. While private equity and finance experience is a plus, it is not a prerequisite. The incoming associate will work directly with partners and clients across a range of industries, providing support on transactions from inception to close.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in general corporate transactional work.

• Strong deal experience in M&A, joint ventures, and/or securities offerings.

• Excellent academic credentials and a JD from an accredited U.S. law school.

• Admission to the California Bar preferred.

• Demonstrated drafting, writing, and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to handle multiple matters and interact effectively with clients and colleagues.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual salary range: $235,000 – $285,000, depending on experience.
