A respected regional law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate for its Philadelphia office. This role is ideal for attorneys with 4–6 years of law firm experience in corporate or alternative entity practice, including transactional work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on corporate and alternative entity transactions

• Draft, negotiate, and review transactional documents

• Support partners on deal execution and client counseling

• Collaborate with a team to manage complex corporate matters

Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of law firm experience in corporate or transactional practice

• Admission to the Pennsylvania or New York Bar required

• Strong academic credentials and demonstrated transactional skills

• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication abilities

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $170,000 – $220,000, depending on experience

• Eligibility for discretionary bonus
