A leading global law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate to join its Securities Regulation & Corporate Governance practice in New York. This is an excellent opportunity to work with high-profile public company clients on complex governance and disclosure matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise public companies on securities regulation and corporate governance issues

  • Counsel clients on Exchange Act disclosure requirements and compliance standards

  • Provide strategic advice on board governance, shareholder engagement, and related reporting matters

  • Work closely with partners and clients in a collaborative and dynamic environment

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience (law school class years 2020–2022)

  • Strong understanding of securities regulation and public company governance standards

  • Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills

  • Exceptional academic credentials from a top-tier law school

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:
The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $260,000 – $365,000, depending on experience and qualifications. The firm also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
