A top-tier U.S. firm is seeking a mid-level Corporate Finance Associate (3–6 years PQE) to join its Minneapolis office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on cutting-edge finance matters across industries in a market-leading team that offers significant client exposure and deal responsibility.

About the Role

You’ll join a high-performing practice working on a variety of finance transactions, including broadly syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings, and private credit deals. The team represents both lenders and borrowers, including private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies.

What You’ll Do

  • Draft and negotiate key finance documents: credit agreements, commitment letters, security agreements

  • Coordinate due diligence, closing deliverables, and internal/external deal teams

  • Advise on deal structures and manage workstreams with partners and clients

  • Take the lead on components of transactions with autonomy and support

Who You Are

  • 3–6 years of solid experience in finance transactions (lender and borrower side)

  • Strong background in syndicated lending, sponsor finance, and private credit

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and drafting skills

  • Proven ability to manage deal flow and client expectations

  • Admitted to a U.S. state bar
