A prestigious international law firm is seeking mid-to-senior level corporate associates to join its dynamic Corporate Group in Chicago. This is a high-impact, client-facing role advising on market-leading M&A and corporate transactions.

About the Role

You’ll be part of a top-ranked corporate team advising blue-chip clients on complex mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, recapitalizations, and corporate governance issues. You’ll work closely with partners and clients from day one, with opportunities to lead transactions and manage all phases of the deal cycle.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • JD from a top-tier law school

  • 3–8 years of experience with M&A and general corporate transactions

  • Experience managing full deal lifecycle is strongly preferred

  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills

  • Strong academic credentials and a demonstrated commitment to excellence

  • Admitted to the Illinois Bar or eligible for admission

Compensation

Salary Range: $310,000 – $435,000 (DOE)
